Project 06: Interstellar

Jay Chou was born and raised in Taiwan. He made his debut in 2000, which was 21 years from now. Currently he’s become one of the most famous pop singers in Asia. He’s regarded as a national idol for my generation and his songs accompanies my entire（in tire） adolescence. I’m still a great fan of him.

Since his debut in 2000, he has composed , produced, and released 14 studio albums [ˈælbəmz] and those got sold around 50 million copies.He holds the highest record sales for Asian male singer and has won numerous music awards, including 15 GMAs（Golden Melody Awards）, which can be regarded as Chinese Grammy awards.

At the end of 2020, he was ranked 6th in the world in terms of total income from just two shows. In a word, he is a true superstar.

He accomplished 7 world tours, over 300 concerts and performed for more than 10 million people. Jay Chou planned to celebrate his two decades in the entertainment industry by launching his 20th Anniversary "Carnival " World Tour starting in Oct. 2019. The tour has not come to an end, because it has to be postponed because of the epidemic.
